Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are not applicable to custom orders.

Refunds (If Applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your product. Include pictures of the item so we can assess the issue. After reviewing your case, we’ll determine whether to ship a replacement or issue a refund.
Standard & Express Shipping
Delivery times are estimates based on recent deliveries and are not guaranteed. While we strive to ensure smooth shipping, we cannot offer refunds for delayed shipments.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We will confirm delivery to the provided address, including tracking and carrier information, for your investigation. If it’s confirmed your order wasn’t delivered, we’ll remake your product and ship it again.
